The short version: you buy a few days of Ashe’s Pass, you get a private link, the deals and picks are ours to curate and the partners’ to honor, and if it isn’t worth it we refund it. The longer version:
What you’re buying
A 3-day, 5-day or 30-day pass to the members’ area of Ask Ashe: show-your-pass deals at partner businesses in Buncombe County, three daily picks, when-to-go notes, local hangouts, book-ahead alerts and traffic notes. The pass starts the moment your payment goes through and ends after the number of days you bought. It does not renew on its own.
Deals
Each deal is set by the partner business — the offer, the terms, the days and hours — and can change or end at any time. The terms shown in the pass are the terms. One pass covers the party at your table unless a deal says otherwise. If a partner won’t honor a deal as shown, email hello@thingstodoavl.com from the bar and we’ll make it right.
Your link
Your pass is a private link, not an account. Keep it: anyone with the link can use the pass. If you lose it, email us from the address you paid with and we’ll resend it. Passes aren’t transferable or resellable.
Refunds
Not worth it? Email hello@thingstodoavl.com within 7 days of buying and we refund the full amount — no questions. After that, or if you’ve used a bunch of deals, we’ll still listen.
Listings
Events and picks come from venue websites and local calendars and can change; the venue’s own page and ticket link are the source of truth. Hours, prices and schedules in the when-to-go notes are typical patterns, not promises — call ahead for anything that matters.
Payment and privacy
Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card. We keep your email address to deliver your pass and, if you’ve signed up for it, the Thursday Weekender. Unsubscribe from any email in one tap; your pass keeps working either way.
